Umbrella Test Reports

Umbrella Testing Requested

As requested by the client, SVHC screening is performed according to:

(i) One hundred and thirty-eight (138) substances in the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for authorization published by European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) on and before regarding Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the REACH.

(ii) Six (6) substances in the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for authorization published by European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) on Jun 20, 2013, regarding Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the REACH.

(iii) Seven (7) substances in the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for authorization published by European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) on Dec. 16, 2013, regarding Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the REACH.

(Ⅳ) Seven (4) substances in the Cani ate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for authorization published by European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) on June 16, 2014, regarding Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the REACH.

(Ⅴ) Seven (6) substances in the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for authorization published by (ECHA) on Dec. 17, 2014, regarding Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the REACH.

(Ⅵ) Two (2) substances in the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for authorization published by European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) on June 15, 2015, regarding Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the REACH.

(Ⅶ) With the identification of 5 new SVHCs on 17 Dec 2015, 168 substances are included in the SVHC candidate list.

(Ⅶ i) Wi h the identification of 1 new SVHCs on 20 June 2016, 169 substances are included in the SVHC candidate list now.
